Due to the lockdown and increase demand on e-commerce, mail has been a little bit slower than usual (especially for Victoria).
Parcels are generally taking somewhere between 7 and 14 business days to arrive. We know that it can be quite frustrating to wait for it, but be assured that it is on its way!
