After your payment has been processed, an account will be created for you. Through that account, you will be able to fill the Smart Scent Quiz, add fragrances to your Wishlist and edit your subscription details.
Every month we will pick a fragrance for you, based both on your Smart Scent Quiz and on your Wishlist. That allows us to always choose fragrances that match your expectations.
You can expect the fragrance to be shipped after two business days from the order confirmation. To comply with Australian Post regulations, perfumes are sent as “Carriage by Road Only“. You can expect to receive your perfume within 10 days once it has been shipped.
One the first month, you will receive a beautiful aluminum case together with the perfume vial, so you can carry your scents safely with you.
For monthly subscriptions: Your first month’s payment will be charged when you first place the order. After that month, your subscription will fall into a synchronized payment system, being billed on the 5th of every month. You can easily cancel or freeze your subscription within your Member area on our website. If your payment is unsuccessful on the 5th, we’ll make a few attempts throughout the month so that you don’t miss out on your order for that month.
For pre-paid members: If you paid upfront then you will be receiving a monthly scent for the length of the subscription (6 or 12 months). At the end of the subscription period, the subscription will auto-renew. You can cancel the auto-renewal option at any time within your Member area.
You can choose between paying monthly, every six months or every year.
The current cost for the subscription is:
Monthly – $19.90 per month
Every 6 months – $16.50 per month ($99.00 upfront)
Every 12 months – $14.90 per month ($178.80 upfront)
Absolutely! When you fill the Smart Scent Quiz, there is an option to choose your favorite case color. You will receive the aluminum case only once, with your first order.
In the case that the color you chose is unavailable, don’t fear: we will send a different color. But, as soon as the desired color is back in stock, we will send it to you with no extra cost!

- The Smart Scent Quiz
When singing up to ScentClub Australia you will be asked to fill out the Smart Scent Quiz (SSQ). The SSQ will provide us with the information that we need to select the fragrances that better match your profile. This is the perfect option if you are new to the fragrance world or if you want to be surprised every month. We have been getting amazing feedback about how this helped members discover new scents.
- The Wishlist
If there is a specific fragrance that you want to try then we recommend you to add it to your Wishlist. Some fragrances have bigger demand than others, so we recommend that you add at least 6 different fragrances to your Wishlist. This will increase the chances of you receiving a desired scent every month. There is no hierarchy on the Wishlist, so we won’t give priority to the scents that are listed on top of your Wishlist. Once a perfume from your Wishlist is sent to you, it will be automatically removed from your Wishlist.
You can change your preferences from the Smart Scent Quiz and from the Wishlist in the “My Account” area.
If you don’t fill out the Smart Scent Quiz (SSQ) or add fragrances to your Wishlist you will still receive one fragrance every month. But, by filling the SSQ or adding items to your Wishlist it increases the chance of you getting fragrances that match your profile/preferences. That’s why we suggest that you fill in at least one of them.
The Wishlist was created so you can select the perfumes that you really want to try. To add a fragrance to your Wishlist go here and select “Add to Wishlist” for the perfumes that you want to add to the list. You can manage your Wishlist through here. The Wishlist is only available to active subscribers.
Once you place your order and we get the confirmation of the payment we start preparing your scent of the month. You can expect the scent to be shipped after two business days from the order confirmation.

You will be billed for your first ScentClub scent with your initial purchase. Starting with your second month, you will fall into our regular billing and shipping cycle, meaning that you’ll be billed on the 5th of each month and can expect your package to be shipped within two business days after that. When you subscribe for a multi-month subscription, you will be billed upfront for the entire length of the subscription and won’t see any more charges until your subscription is auto-renewed.
No hidden fees at all! We pride ourselves on our transparency, what you see on our plan description and in the checkout is exactly what you will be paying.
Currently, our services are restricted to the Australian territory.
Canceling your subscription is as convenient as our service!
All you have to do is log into your account and under your profile details there is a Cancel Subscription option. Once canceled, you will get an email notification within 5 hours confirming the cancelation.

ScentClub subscriptions are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns unless they are not delivered in perfect condition, in which case they are replaceable within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Scents that are exclusive are only available to yearly subscribers. You will be able to identify when a fragrance is exclusive by the Exclusive logo on the picture.
If you receive a damaged product in the mail, have no fear we will provide you with a replacement or give you store credit for products. The complaint about the product must be placed within 7 days of the delivery date.
All you have to do is email us through firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and an attached picture, we will take care of the rest!
